Cliffside Residence

This is a unique residence located at the cliffside location of the traditional village of Plaka (the capital of Milos). Hanging at the edge of the settlement our guests will be able to enjoy a "caldera-like" view and magnificent sunset but without the crowds.

A spacious renovated one bedroom residence able to accommodate two persons (only two persons, adults only) and offer a memorable stay combining luxury, privacy and panoramic views.

This apartment is ideal for people who wish to have a care-free getaway to one of the best greek islands. The modern design along with the simplicity and the natural curves will help you relax and enjoy the privacy, quiet and of course our magnificent panoramic sunset.

The apartment has one big open space living room with kitchen, the bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom with a shower, and a private veranda with panoramic sunset view!

No reason to be shoulder-to-shoulder with other visitors to enjoy the sun dipping in the sea. You can enjoy it by having your drink listeing to the music you like with only the person you want to be with. 

Despite the fact that this is an independent apartment, we are offering services and support including:
- Breakfast (included in price) which you can enjoy at Red Bike cafe (Kokkino Podilato), very close to the house! Fresh juices, local products and recipies, coffee of your selection will help you to have the best start of the day!

- Full consierge service: We are avaialble to help you organise to the most your stay in Milos, we can arrange everything from simple car/ATV/scooter rentals to yacht/speed boat charters or even organise for you some memorable experiences (pic nic at secluded beaches, a 4x4 safari, a food tour etc)

Still this magnificent view comes comes with a price. The veranda when it's windy is exposed a lot to the wind which sometimes in the summer can be very strong. So guests are advised to be careful because small objects can be blown away. 

Also due to strict architectural laws which regulate the traditional village of Plaka we are not allowed to have permanent shading constructions and the strong wind can easily blow away umbrellas, therefore the veranda is exposed to the sun after about 12pm and for the rest the day.
